Practicante para planta Juárez 1 Estudiantes activos (un año o más para egresar) de Administración, Finanzas, Contabilidad, Economía, negocios o carrera afín Conocimientos y habilidades
• MS Office intermedio
• Manejo y análisis de datos
• Elaboración de reportes e indicadores
• Conocimiento Intermedio de Power BI
• Inglés Básico - Intermedio deseable
• Organización y seguimiento
• Proactividad, servicio al cliente, comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo
• Capacidad de análisis, atención al detalle y orientada a resultados
• Facilidad para trabajar en campo y oficina
Principales deberes y responsabilidades
• Apoyar al seguimiento diario de los servicios de cafetería y transporte
• Recopilar, actualizar y analizar información relacionada con los principales métricos del área
• Elaborar reportes, presentaciones y bases de datos para seguimiento de resultados
• Dar soporte en auditoria de servicio y recorridos de verificación
• Registrar y dar seguimiento a incidencias, solicitudes y oportunidades de mejora
• Apoyar en la revisión de asistencia, ocupación, puntualidad y cumplimiento de rutas de transporte
• Dar seguimiento a temas operativos con proveedores de servicios
• Mantener actualizados los archivos
• Brindar apoyo administrativo al Equipo de Servicios al Empleado
