The Client Services Project Manager I at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. presents an outstanding chance to excel in a dynamic project management role. • Collaborate with internal teams to establish project objectives and ensure outstanding study results.
• Establish and maintain study filing systems and accurate records, adhering strictly to quality management systems.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely execution of project activities, meeting both customer and study requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate all relevant activities to ensure that services and products are ready as required by the customer.
• Use project planning tools to track achievements and critical activities, ensuring seamless project delivery.
• Build and support operational documentation, including GMP operational documentation, bill of materials, and billing packages.
• Provide backup support to the Project Team, ensuring consistent project progress.
• Collect information on study design, including label texts, packaging materials, label translation, batch documentation, logistics coordination, and GMP instructions.
• Apply GXP principles in all areas of responsibility.
As Shown By:
• General understanding of project plans and timeline management with a proven track record for successful task delivery.
• Understanding of inventory and billing principles, documentation practices, and report generation.
• Ability to identify project challenges and collaborate with team members or management for effective resolution.
• Experience in supporting senior Project Managers in planning and coordinating functional team activities, timelines, and results.
Client Relationship Management
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Thermo Fisher's solutions portfolio and industry strategy.
• Collaborate on special projects, reports, and meeting preparations, including agenda generation, scenario planning, and timeline monitoring.
Technical Knowledge
• Perform basic data analysis functions with assistance from senior team members as required to ensure successful project results and customer satisfaction.
• Efficiently record and monitor project data in different systems, maintaining accountability for data accuracy, reporting, and timeliness.
Project Management Leadership
• Seek mentorship and guidance to improve project management skills.
• Communicate information timely, understand boundaries, respect differences, and address challenging situations appropriately.
Key Requirements:
• Education: Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Years of Experience: 1+ year of experience in project coordination, documentation and/or administration (preferably Pharmaceutical Industry)
• Fluent English, German beneficial
