What You Can Expect In this key role as a Clinical Sales Specialist in the field, you will actively shape the success of our sales strategy. You will be responsible for training our customers in the use of our products, thereby fostering trust and growth in the Western Switzerland region (Romandie). You will successfully position our high-quality product portfolio in the field of knee and hip joint replacement and help ensure that patients benefit from state-of-the-art solutions. How You'll Create Impact
• Supporting and working closely with our existing customers in the areas of knee and hip joint replacement • Providing surgical support at customer sites • Training and continuing education for surgical teams • Conducting consignment inventory counts on-site at the customer’s location • Product demonstrations • Generating sales leads • Providing on-site support for product demonstrations and workshops • Adhering to all internal communication and documentation guidelines (QA) • Providing product feedback and improvement suggestions to R&D • Attending product trade shows and annual training sessions as needed
What Makes You Stand Out
• Completed vocational training in the medical field (surgical technician, etc.) or a relevant degree and/or many years of professional experience in a comparable role. • Several years of professional experience in the surgical field or relevant sales experience in the field at a medical device company specializing in surgery/orthopedics. • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships. • Enthusiasm for a dynamic clinical work environment. • Ability to work independently and strong teamwork skills. • A structured and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as a willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
Your Background
• Solid medical knowledge and technical understanding. • Basic understanding of business administration. • Certification as a Medical Device Consultant (MPG) is desirable. • Good knowledge of the healthcare policy landscape and experience in the hospital sector. • Proficiency in MS Office. • Native French language skills as well as good English skills.
