Join a dynamic Navigation and Sensor Systems (NSS) Contracts Team that supports the delivery of mission critical capabilities through our Military Global Positioning System (GPS) Products, across a diverse portfolio of government, commercial and international customers. The Contracts organization is the trusted business partner managing customer relationships, negotiating deals, creating innovative solutions, and providing regulatory knowledge to our customers. The NSS Product Line is a fast-paced agile group within the Precision Strike (PS) Business Area. The selected candidate will serve as an individual contributor, as well as leading a team of Contracts professionals and supporting a diverse portfolio of programs. The position requires developing and maintaining professional and dependable relationships with both internal and external customers as well as leading complex contracting assignments.Required Education, Experience, & Skills • Bachelor's degree • 10+ years relevant work experience or equivalent experience; • Proficiency in MS Office software with an emphasis on Excel; • FAR/DFAR knowledge and experience • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties set forth above; • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing; • Exhibit sound interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel and customers; • Utilize computer skills to prepare appropriate reports and documents; • Make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable federal laws and regulations; • Demonstrate research and presentation skills; • In-depth knowledge of federal procurement regulations, export compliance, with an emphasis of Department of Defense. Broad knowledge of economics, accounting, finance, procurement, cost/schedule control systems, business law, and the ITAR; • Proven ability to negotiate and persuade, to communicate orally and in writing at all levels; • Ability to plan and organize work, and potential to develop and lead professional and support personnel Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills • Specifically FAR Part 12 • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. • Experience with government contracting, commercial contracting, intellectual property and international business

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $122400 - $208080

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
