**Responsibilities:**
Oversee daily store operations in conjunction with the Store Manager and ensure compliance with company standardsDirect, train, and supervise team members to meet established performance metrics and operational goalsManage inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and product merchandising according to company specificationsMaintain store standards regarding cleanliness, organization, and strict adherence to all company policies and proceduresAddress customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, resolving issues in accordance with company protocolDevelop and manage work schedules and monitor team member hours for operational efficiencyExecute loss prevention protocols and maintain store security measuresEvaluate sales data and implement performance improvement strategiesCoordinate marketing and promotional initiatives to support sales objectivesExecute opening and closing procedures as assigned **Qualifications:**
Must be 18 years of age or olderMinimum 1 year of documented retail or customer service experience; prior management experience is preferredDemonstrated proficiency in leadership, communication, and interpersonal relationsCapacity to maintain consistent availability, including evening, weekend, and holiday shiftsCompetency in fundamental computer operations and point-of-sale system platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detailProven ability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently in high-volume retail environmentsKnowledge of retail operations and merchandising principles is preferredEstablished track record of effectively directing and motivating team members toward organizational objectivesAdvanced organizational competencies with demonstrated ability to prioritize complex tasksCustomer-centric orientation with a commitment to delivering superior service standards All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
