What You’ll Do as a People Services Advisor
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets and departments. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
Serve as the first point of contact for People & Culture queries, providing expert support and guidance to colleagues and managers.Manage onboarding activities, including offer processing, onboarding coordination, and ensuring a seamless employee experience.Process HR transactions accurately and in line with policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and service level agreements.Collaborate with stakeholders across P&C, GBS, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.Maintain high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance while managing employee records and documentation.Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, maintaining knowledge resources, and helping implement new systems and workflows. Previous experience working in an operational HR role, shared service, or colleague support roleExcellent customer service orientation and communication skillsStrong understanding of HR processes and policiesAbility to resolve issues and process transactions accurately and efficientlyExperience with HR systems and technologies and high-volume P&C queriesKnowledge of relevant employment legislations Does this sound like you?
