For this position, we are seeking a talented individual to join AIS as a Senior Project Manager.
 • Core Knowledge & Skills: Expert in advanced project management methodologies, strategic planning, and complex contract management. Deep understanding of industry best practices and business unit operations.
• Work & Complexity: Oversees large, complex projects or programs, manages cross-functional teams, and ensures alignment with organizational goals. Resolves high-impact risks and issues.
• Quality & Independence: Sets quality benchmarks, drives strategic initiatives, and operates with broad autonomy and accountability.
• Teamwork & Communication: Leads and mentors project teams, fosters collaboration across departments, and communicates effectively with senior leadership and clients.
• Consulting & Engagement: Advises executives and stakeholders on project strategy, drives innovation, and champions continuous improvement across the organization.

As your initial project assignment, you will support the unique needs of our client as a Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Managing projects, ensuring contractual obligations and margin goals are met while providing an outstanding client experience that will lead to contract renewals and expansions. • Successfully develop and execute project plans, track deliverables, and document client acceptance of deliverables following AIS' Project Management approach. • Identify, track, mitigate, and report on risks to delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction. • Maintain situational awareness of day-to-day activities on the ground, serving as the first escalation point for the client • Build credibility through effective communication and solutions. • Communicate with internal stakeholders to support a coordinated response in serving the client. • Identify and support opportunities for continuous improvement. Required:
• Minimum five years of project management experience where you have demonstrated success: • estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and resolving risks and issues • clarifying requirements and expectations across multiple stakeholders • supporting and growing the capabilities of project team members • delivering multiple projects or workstreams concurrently
• Commercial Industry experience • Experience delivering software, data, infrastructure and/or cloud technology projects • Excel in clarifying requirements, expectations, and priorities across multiple stakeholders, bringing alignment and order to the project • Excel in overcoming delivery challenges, building relationships with clients, and meeting or exceeding client expectations • Ability to ask probing questions to uncover information needed to understand project status and determine a logical course of action • Proficiency in analyzing executed contracts to identify delivery implications, evaluating delivery compliance, and communicating these implications to diverse, distributed teams • Working knowledge of Agile software methodologies • Understand technology-related issues and how they might impact successful delivery.

As an AIS People Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Coaching: Helping employees navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and grow the skills that support success at AIS.
• Career Development: Supporting employees in exploring growth opportunities at AIS and aligning development plans to reach their goals.
• Performance Management: Creating clarity through clear expectations, regular feedback, and proactive support when performance concerns arise.
• Accountability and Results: Holding employees accountable for meeting expectations, delivering results, and adhering to company policies and values.
• Promotions and Compensation: Partnering with HR to evaluate and recommend promotions, salary adjustments, and rewards that reflect performance and potential.
• Timecard Approval: Ensuring accurate and timely approval of timecards.

At AIS, we are committed to offering competitive and fair compensation that reflects the skills, experience, and contributions of each team member.

The targeted base salary range for this role is $125,000-$189,000 per year. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.
