HOURLY RATE- $26.12 FULL TIME HOURS
WHAT WILL I BE DOING? The incumbent is a member of Patrol Leadership Team. The Supervisor, Patrol Services champions our culture of creating revolutionary guest experiences while uniting their team around purpose and fun. The purpose of the Supervisor, Patrol Services role is to lead daily patrol operations by supporting the team, ensuring guest safety, and overseeing emergency response and compliance with safety protocols.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
• Oversee daily Patrol Services operations under the direction of the Manger, Patrol Services and Risk, ensuring guest safety and effective on-hill response. • Monitor and report on trail conditions, making timely decisions to mitigate risks and maintain safety standards. • Provide coaching, training, and corrective feedback to Patrol and Mountain Safety team members to support development and address unsafe or inappropriate behavior. • Conduct incident investigations, ensuring accurate documentation and communication with the Manager and other resort departments. • Collaborate across mountain operations to foster a safe, responsive, and guest-focused environment.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
• At least 18 years of age with a valid G license • Current First Responder certification or equivalent • Experience with patrolling and customer service. • Strong intermediate skier / snowboarder (able to ski / board all resort terrain) • Must be able and willing to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment • Successful applicants will be required to complete a criminal background check (vulnerable sector) • Must be able to reason and react with quick thoughtful judgement while remaining calm under pressure
