Schedule: Full time Shift: Day (United States of America) Address: 7050 GALL BLVD City: ZEPHYRHILLS State: Florida Postal Code: 33541 Job Description:

Places and follows up on repair requests for department equipment with the biomedical and engineering departments. Participates in patient scheduling by coordinating with centralized scheduling and physicians’ offices. Prepares and maintains patients’ medical records from admission through discharge to ensure organization, completeness, and accuracy. Performs 12-lead EKGs and monitors telemetry systems as requested, reporting alarm conditions to the appropriate RN immediately. Assembles patient records in charts according to hospital methodology. Serves as a liaison between patients, families, staff, and medical personnel. Performs other duties as assigned. Receives and directs patients and visitors, answers routine inquiries, and makes referrals or consults. Labels all forms for charts with two patient identifiers correctly. Maintains and prepares downtime forms and chart packets, supports staff during downtime, and prepares forms for scanning post-downtime. Instructs staff on downtime procedures and cabinet stocking. Receives and processes physician orders to assist medical and nursing staff in providing prompt and efficient patient care. Manages unit supplies, activities, time, and resources cost-effectively to reduce waste.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
