• Demonstrates, through behavior, core values of Integrity, Compassion, Balance, Excellence, Stewardship, and Teamwork. • Communicates achievement of campus goals and imperatives to relevant stakeholders. • Oversees daily progress of operational imperative deployment. • Manages daily operations and maintains department budgets and labor. • Manages the recruitment, retention, training, and competence of staff and analysts. Ensures the accuracy, timeliness, reliability, frequency, and level-of-detail of staff work product. • Builds and maintains relationships across multiple disciplines to achieve common goals. • Leads and facilitates staff and other meetings as determined by the administrator. • Manages timekeeping for department staff, ensuring correct time entry into the system. • Serves as a resource to answer staff questions and shares knowledge to mentor and grow other staff within the department. • Ensures all employees are trained and oriented to the department, new procedures, and equipment. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills [Required] • Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in understandable terms to all levels of staff [Required] • Effective computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel [Required] • Ability to work in a matrix-management environment to achieve organizational goals [Required] • Knowledge of Cerner; NaviHealth; Suncare; EOS: FirstLook; and Qlikview [Preferred] • Knowledge and skill in using CNO dashboard [Preferred]

Education:

• Bachelor's [Required]

Field of Study:

• in Social Work, Nursing or other healthcare related field

Work Experience:

• 1+ years related experience [Required] • 3+ experience in the functional area [Required]

Pay Range:

$70,224.40 - $130,619.09 Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)

Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
