Summary: As a Deployment Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the Deployment Lead by coordinating various deployment activities. This includes organizing work schedules, managing resource allocation, tracking progress through metrics, and assisting with budgeting efforts. The role also involves facilitating training sessions and pilot programs to ensure smooth implementation and operational readiness. Collaboration with multiple teams to align deployment objectives and maintaining clear communication channels are key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring that deployment processes are executed efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in monitoring deployment progress and identifying potential risks or issues. - Support documentation and reporting efforts to maintain transparency and accountability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful deployment outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SD-WAN Implementation. - Strong understanding of network architecture and deployment methodologies related to SD-WAN. - Experience in coordinating deployment schedules and resource management. - Ability to analyze deployment metrics and contribute to continuous improvement. - Familiarity with troubleshooting deployment challenges and providing practical solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SD-WAN Implementation. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
