Summary: As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing and maintaining development standards while ensuring that the software solutions meet business goals in terms of scalability, performance, and quality. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with organizational objectives is a key aspect of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead and mentor team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components. - Monitor project progress and implement improvements to optimize delivery timelines. - Assist in identifying potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and state management in React.js. - Experience with front-end development tools and workflows including version control systems. - Ability to optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across devices. - Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and managing asynchronous data flows. - Understanding of testing frameworks and methodologies to maintain code quality. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in React.js. - This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
