Problem-solving and iterative improvement are key aspects of daily activities, ensuring that the software solutions remain robust and adaptable to changing needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the design and implementation of custom software components to meet business objectives. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures. - Experience with integration of identity management solutions across diverse platforms. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within enterprise environments. - Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
