NRC Syria looking for a Shelter Project Manager to join the Northwest Area Office. The role holder will be responsible for planning and implementing a high-quality shelter program that spans emergency responses—such as shelter/winterization kits provision—and transitional or permanent solutions, including housing rehabilitation and public buildings, to support the transition toward self-reliance and durable solutions. This will be achieved through mixed modalities and strong integration with other Core Competencies (CCs). Additionally, they will draw on existing knowledge and expertise from past and ongoing Shelter programming in Syria to ensure the effective delivery of shelter interventions either at the household or community level. They will manage the overall NRC Shelter portfolio and staffing at the AO level and contribute to broader country-level programme development in collaboration with the Shelter Specialist. ****Please note for this role, applicants must be legally eligible to work in Syria.
