Join Dodge AI as a Software Engineer focused on backend engineering, building AI-powered products for enterprise ERP systems. This is a 0-1 role for engineers who enjoy startup environments and working from the office. Company Details Dodge AI builds autonomous AI agents for ERP maintenance, starting with SAP S/4HANA. Its platform helps enterprises understand, maintain, and modernize complex ERP systems using AI agents. Dodge AI Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with strong backend engineering experience. Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to build production-grade backend systems. Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications using APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar. Experience designing and building AI application-layer systems, including agents, harnesses, tool calling, and functional calling. Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), context engineering, and structured outputs. Experience with model routing, LLM workflows, and building reliable production systems around models. Comfortable taking ownership in ambiguous, early-stage problem spaces. Open to building products from 0-1 and iterating quickly based on feedback. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and systems thinking skills. Ability to work closely with product and engineering teams. Willing to work from the office in HSR, Bengaluru. Must have experience working at a startup.
