Looking for a flexible role with minimal time commitment? We are seeking a UK-based Nominee Director to support a company's corporate compliance requirements. This is not an operational management position and does not involve day-to-day business activities. The initial setup typically requires 1-2 hours. Once company banking arrangements are established, the position becomes largely passive, with only occasional document signing or administrative support required. What You'll Do Review and sign bank account opening documents remotely. Assist with infrequent compliance-related paperwork. Remain available for occasional communication.
