You will assist in managing CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and collaborate with the marketing team to align global sales promotions. With strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with international partners and colleagues in our locations in Barcelona and London, you will conduct market research for new sales opportunities and partnerships. You are a driven, solution-oriented individual capable of managing multiple tasks effectively. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES <ul><li>Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to boost ticket sales and museum visits.</li><li>Help in setting up & managing the CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and effective communication with our audience.</li><li>Help in organising sales reports, analysing trends, and making recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales promotions with marketing campaigns.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential partnerships.</li><li>Assist in managing sales channels, including online, group sales, and third- party vendors.</li><li>Participate in the preparation of presentations and sales materials.</li><li>Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.</li></ul> REQUIREMENTS <ul><li>You are currently studying in Marketing, Commercial Economics, Business Administration or a similar sales-related field (HBO/WO level);</li><li>You have an excellent command of the English language (spoken and written); Dutch language skills are a plus;</li><li>You have some initial experience in carrying out comparable operational tasks (through studies, internships or part-time jobs);</li><li>You are customer-oriented, results-driven and flexible in your approach;</li><li>You possess strong communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively in a team;</li><li>You are proactive, hands-on and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment;</li><li>You feel a strong connection with our brand, our audiences, and our mission.</li></ul><br> WHAT MOCO OFFERS Beneath our brand’s surface, Moco Museum is a united, vibrant and art loving family.<br>We believe that every member of our team brings in their own valuable ideas,<br>experience and skills, building upon our core values: inclusivity, positivity and<br>involvement.
