Job Description:Job Title: Sales AdministratorType of Contract: Full-time employment position (with open end contract)Department: DaoEGLocation: Bangkok, ThailandExpected Start Date: September 2026 Key responsibilities of this position will entail but are not limited to the following The Sales Support role is responsible for driving revenue growth by assisting the sales team with documentation and customer service, managing order fulfillment and inventory, coordinating cross-departmental operations, and representing the organization at events. - Prepare quotations, sales orders and invoices.- Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on quotations, samples, payments and deliveries.- Keep customer, sales and order information accurate and up to date in Excel.- Coordinate stock availability, production timelines and order fulfillment with the Chiang Mai team.- Update product catalogues, price lists and sales information.- Support sales events and product showcases as assigned.- Identify delays or potential problems and inform the manager promptly.By efficiently handling these tasks, a Sales Admin enables the sales team to focus on their primary objective of selling products or services and achieving sales targets.
