Experience in developing comprehensive care plans and risk assessments is also necessary, as well as understanding regulatory frameworks like DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. A thoughtful, person-centered approach to nursing is essential, with a dedication to compassionate care.

Qualifications Essential

Current NMC registration, good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, experience in creating care plans and risk assessments, understanding of DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, compassionate with a person-centered approach.
