Clerical Assistant

Required to work 20 hours per week at Glan Clwyd Hospital for the Facilities Team, working hours 9am to 1 pm or 8am to 12pm as per needs of service, Monday to Friday.

To be an effective member of the clerical team and to assist with the provision of a comprehensive clerical and office support service to the locality based Facilities team, supporting their day-to-day responsibilities to ensure that priorities are delivered accurately, timely and effectively. This will cover Catering, Domestic Services, and Portering services

Qualifications Essential

ECDL or equivalent experience of working with Microsoft Packages to include Excel and word.

Desirable

Evidence of continuing professional development.

Experience Essential

Experience of using databases. Ability to work to agreed timetables/deadlines.

Experience of working in the NHS.

Knowledge Desirable

Knowledge and understanding of NHS.

Flexible and adaptable. Ability to prioritise own work against a background of change and uncertainty.

Skills Essential
