Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Clinical Engineering Department at the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, (NNUHFT) for a Band 3 Administration Assistant.
The Clinical Engineering Department directly and indirectly maintains the 26,000 medical devices within the NNUHFT and Cromer Hospitals.
The Admin Team performs a vital role by providing comprehensive administrative support to the senior members of the team.

Main duties of the job
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our Clinical Engineering team at NNUH. In this role, you will:
Provide general administrative support to the Clinical Engineering Department. For example, processing monthly servicing schedules and monthly reports of expenditure, maintaining filing and records systems, receiving telephone calls and dealing with them appropriately, handling department correspondence both internally and externally to the trust Raise purchase orders for spare parts, stationery, repairs to equipment and chase outstanding orders Generate and interpret reporting which form the service key performance indicators.
