Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Good people skills, strong empathy, caring and compassionate nature, minimum of 12 months' care experience, preferable NVQ level 2, full UK driving license, access to own car, availability for flexible shifts and alternating weekends, minimum of 12 months on right to work in the UK.
