Qualifications Essential
To join as a Bank Care Assistant, some experience of caring for older people is necessary. A can-do approach and excellent communication skills are essential. Empathy and a warm-hearted approach are crucial to deliver the highest standard of care and support for residents. All necessary training will be provided.
