As a (Senior) Consultant in our Production & Operations team, you will support leading organizations in navigating change and unlocking performance improvements. Working in multidisciplinary project teams, you will contribute to strategic and operational transformation initiatives, develop valuable industry expertise, and help clients translate ambitious goals into tangible business results.
Your Responsibilities
Support transformation and operational improvement projects across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering environmentsAnalyze business processes and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-makingContribute to the design of target operating models, governance structures, and transformation roadmapsSupport operational strategy and optimization initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and operationsApply lean and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and business outcomesDevelop client deliverables and support workshops, stakeholder engagement, and project execution activities
Who you areAre you an analytical thinker with strong social skills, are curious and enjoy working as a team player? In addition to a high degree of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial can-do mentality, you possess the following distinguishing qualities:
2+ years of experience in management consulting, delivering transformation and operational improvement projects across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering environmentsUniversity degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or a comparable fieldUnderstanding of operational processes,continuous improvement methodologies and transformation initiatives in industrial environmentsStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with different stakeholdersFluent German and English language skillsFlexibility and willingness to travel based on client and project needs
