About this role
We are seeking a UK-based Nominee Director to support corporate compliance requirements. This is a remote, non-operational position and does not involve the day-to-day management or running of the business.
The role requires very little time commitment. Initial onboarding and bank account setup may require approximately 1-2 hours during the first month. Thereafter, involvement is typically limited to occasional document signing and administrative matters as required.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the appointed UK Nominee Director.
Remotely sign company and banking-related documents when required.
Assist with occasional compliance and administrative matters.
Remain available for infrequent communication regarding company-related requests.
Compensation
£100 - £125 per month.
