About this role
We are seeking a reliable UK-based individual to serve as a Nominee Director to support company compliance requirements. This is a non-executive, non-operational position with minimal time commitment.
The initial onboarding may require approximately 1-2 hours during the first month. Following this, involvement is generally limited to occasional administrative actions once or twice a year.
Remotely sign and approve documents related to corporate matters and bank account setup.
Assist with occasional compliance-related administrative requirements.
Maintain availability for infrequent communication when required.
Compensation£100 - £125 per month
