Assignment Description We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Program Manager What You Will Work On Lead the overall greenfield ERP and business transformation program Establish new business processes and future ways of working Coordinate business, IT, process owners, experts, vendors and implementation partners Drive process design from concept through implementation Ensure alignment between business processes and ERP/digital solutions Lead workshops and facilitate cross-functional decision-making Manage complex dependencies across business and technology Coordinate areas including: Order-to-Cash Supply Chain Procurement Logistics Manufacturing Inventory Quality Master Data Integrations Drive the program through implementation, go-live and stabilization Manage senior stakeholders and implementation partners Create structure and momentum in a complex greenfield environment Ensure business requirements are effectively translated into digital solutions
What You Bring 10+ years of project or program management experience Strong experience leading complex ERP or business transformation programs Experience designing and establishing new business processes Background in manufacturing, process industry, energy, chemicals, mining, heavy industry or similar Experience with Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Logistics Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills Experience working with implementation partners and external suppliers Good understanding of ERP, integrations, enterprise architecture and IT Ability to create structure in complex greenfield environments Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions
