About this role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Event Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of events and guest experiences at our state-of-the-art headquarters. This is a campus-based role, responsible for ensuring our colleagues, partners and external guests receive an exceptional experience every time they visit the Team. You will combine outstanding event management, commercial awareness and stakeholder leadership with the creativity to continually elevate how we bring the Aston Martin Aramco brand to life. Lead the end-to-end delivery of HQ guest experiences and events, taking ownership of planning, logistics, execution, quality and overall guest outcomes. Act as a senior point of contact for guests, confidently managing partner groups, internal colleagues and external contacts throughout their experience. Manage and develop a team of two direct reports, setting clear priorities, allocating resources effectively and supporting their continued development. Deliver contractual partner assets and bespoke events, ensuring activity meets agreed requirements while aligning with partner objectives and Aston Martin Aramco brand values. Own event budgets and financial management, tracking expenditure, supporting forecasting and ensuring delivery remains aligned with agreed budgets. Lead event set-up, live delivery and de-rig, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers to ensure every event is operationally ready and delivered to an exceptional standard. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers, proactively managing communication, expectations, risks and issues across multiple workstreams. Use guest feedback, event data and post-event insight to evaluate effectiveness, identify improvements and continually enhance the guest experience. Champion innovation, sustainability and best practice, identifying creative opportunities to make experiences more engaging, memorable and aligned with the Team's values. Maintain the highest standards of health, safety and operational compliance, ensuring every guest experience provides a safe, professional and welcoming environment.
