This role will be required to work out of our Indore office 5 days a week. As part of the Solution Advisory team within Sales, the Vena Proposal Analyst will coordinate and facilitate the response process for proposals. Proposal documents may include Request for Proposal (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), Request for Quotation (RFQ) and IT/security questionnaires. This role will be pivotal in supporting the global Sales team and helping drive Vena growth and revenue targets through successful bid proposals Evaluate procurement requests for company and product fit, ensuring bid proposals are set up for success Facilitate the process for any RFP/RFI/RFQ and IT/security responses to ensure timely delivery of quality responses Work closely with technical and sales staff to convey Vena's value proposition and differentiating approach into compelling proposals Assist in project management responsibilities including development of submission plans, business/compliance requirements and managing deadlines Critically review deliverables for consistency, quality and accuracy before sending to prospects/customers
