The role provides administrative support to the Information Security function and helps ensure that governance documentation, registers, evidence repositories and trackers remain accurate, organised and easy to maintain. You’ll be working in a friendly and progressive environment as a member of the team to undertake a broad range of duties including: Governance and Documentation maintaining records relating to information security policies, procedures, standards and guidance documents, including version control, review schedules and approval records under the direction of the Senior Information Security Officer maintaining action trackers and monitor progress of outstanding governance, audit and certification activities Certification and evidence support collating and organising evidence for the firm’s cyber security certifications (Cyber Essentials, Cyber Essentials Plus, and IASME Cyber Assurance), maintaining evidence indexes and repositories tracking certification tasks and readiness against the schedule, escalating any slippage to the SISO Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Coordination Supplier Assurance Administration issuing supplier questionnaires, as required, and track responses and maintain supplier assurance records to include status updates maintaining third-party due diligence records, as required Registers and Record Management maintaining all relevant registers and trackers, including action logs and policy review records maintaining supplier records and evidence indexes
