We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Industrial Electrical Engineer to join our team at Mole Valley Farmers. Contract: Permanent Hours: Full time Hours of Work: 40 hours per week As an Industrial Electrical Engineer, you’ll take ownership of electrical maintenance and engineering across our plant and equipment. You’ll diagnose and repair faults, deliver planned maintenance, and support projects that improve efficiency and safety. Working in a heavy manufacturing environment that can be dusty and noisy, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring uninterrupted feed production for our farming customers. Key responsibilities include: • Maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment safely and efficiently • Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs and routine servicing • Supporting planned maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives • Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics • Collaborating with colleagues to solve problems and share knowledge • Promoting a strong safety culture and compliance with regulations
