Hours: 4 days and sleep nights on, 6 days off (365 rota) Pay rate: £43,740 to £48,186 per annum,* including opportunities to pick up overtime at an enhanced rate - rates applicable from April 2026 What we are looking for: Moorland Cottage is a two-bed, Ofsted registered children's home providing immediate intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic support. Over a 12 week placement, our young people are given security, support, and stabilisation in a nurturing and peaceful environment. Every placement provides PACE principle residential care, access to education and participation in outdoor/adventure activities. If you are an experienced, qualified children's residential care worker who is eager to expand their skills and knowledge, we would love to hear from you!
