Lead the performance of a critical power generation asset. Tynagh Power Station is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Engineering Manager to lead our engineering and maintenance function. You will oversee a team of skilled engineers and technicians, driving plant reliability, safety, efficiency and compliance across our CCGT facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven engineering leader to play a key role in the ongoing performance and future development of one of Ireland's major power stations. Lead and develop a multidisciplinary maintenance and engineering team. Deliver safe, efficient and cost-effective maintenance strategies that maximise plant availability and reliability. Manage major outages, inspections and maintenance programmes. Oversee contractors, service agreements and engineering projects. Drive asset integrity, reliability and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide technical expertise and support to plant operations. Manage maintenance budgets and performance reporting. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental and regulatory requirements, including PSSR. Promote a strong safety culture and support process safety management across the site.
