About this role
1.獨立放料、品檢金檢機點檢 2.獨立換包裝袋 3.自行調整機器參數 4.填寫生產表單、包裝袋紀錄表 5.自行排除機台異常問題 6.協助執行、規劃新進人員教育訓練 7.協助管理包裝進程與人員分配,並時時回報 8.保養、清潔機台 9. 旺季需配合加班，加班費依勞基法規定計算，並配合排班維持廠內運作。 (檔期可能會調整上班時間於週六or週日)
