What are your contributions to the team? Take ownership of production disruptions related to supplier performance Lead structured problem-solving activities (8D, RCCA) across stakeholders Identify root causes and implement robust corrective actions Drive follow-up to ensure actions are completed and effective Coordinate cross-functional efforts to restore operational stability Organize and perform other QA related activities (i.e., project related activity, Monthly Reports, reporting needs as required How to thrive in this role? Typically 5+ years of experience in a technical field (technology, documentation, technical writing, website development, Office, etc) Thorough data compilation and program tracking experience Thorough knowledge and experience reporting with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel Thorough knowledge and experience in organization and delivery of training with high degree of presentation delivery skills Thorough knowledge and experience s of policy / procedure writing including coordination of any project Thorough knowledge and experience in benchmarking and documentation mapping Thorough knowledge and experience of regulatory Quality Systems (TCCA, FAA, etc), Quality Assurance interpretation, methodology and techniques Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
