Within CTO, Wholesale Front Office Change partners with technology and business functions to implement strategic and regulatory initiatives. The team oversees mission-critical transformation programs, operating to global standards and governance in alignment with Nomura's key business divisions. Position Specifications: Corporate Title Vice President Functional Title Program Manager Experience Requirements 10+ years of program/project management experience Demonstrable Equities trading domain expertise and understanding of the electronic trading landscape Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional change programs Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels Experience operating within formal project governance frameworks Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities Qualification Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline Domain Expertise Understanding of order management systems, algorithmic trading, and post-trade processes Professional Certifications Project Management certification required — one or more of the following: PMP (Project Management Professional) PRINCE2 Practitioner or MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) Agile/SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant, PMI-ACP) Requisition No. Req. ID- 14097, Position ID- IND10035935 Role & Responsibilities: As part of the Global Execution Services book of work—covering strategic, long-term growth and incremental business change initiatives—we are seeking a results-oriented Program Manager with Equities domain expertise. The successful candidate will lead a key workstream delivering across multiple change initiatives.
