Your Key Responsibilities 无框力矩电机工艺流程设计；Frameless motor process design； 无框力矩电机新产线引入，包括产线技术协议编制/产线供应商选择/技术方案沟通/技术方案评审/进度跟踪/预验收/调试/终验收等； New production line introduction, including technical agreement/technical proposal/ /tracking /pre acceptance/debug/final acceptance； 主导产线改造，包括效率提升/降低成本等；Lead line improvement, including efficiency improvement and cost reduction; 产线投资/人员/占地面积/布局等信息准备；Line investment/operator amount/space/ layout preparation； 上级分配的职责相关的其他任务；Task assigned by supervisor； Your Qualifications 本科及以上学历，至少3年工艺工作经验，熟悉圆线电机定子/转子/总成工艺；Bachelor degree at least, 3 years working experience at least, familiar with round wire motor stator/rotor/assembly process; 主导过至少1条新产线的导入；Lead one new production line introduction at least; 具备过程流程图/PFMEA/控制计划/作业指导书等工艺文件编制经验；Ability to write Flow chart/PFMEA/CP/WI 了解精益相关知识，并结合精益知识进行新产线方案设计； Knowledge about lean production, use it for new production line proposal design； 了解质量体系IATF 16949五大工具APQP/PPAP/MSA/SPC/CP，具备变更管理意识； Knowledge about IATF 16949 five tools, including APQP/PPAP/MSA/SPC/CP, have mindset on ECR. 具备工装设计经验；Experience on fixture design 英语可作为工作语言；English can be used for working; As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
