Train and develop others Recognize stakeholders for the work that they do Meet deadlines, be accountable and always set a positive example Be customer focused and strive to produce the quality products they desire Ability to lead others through conflict resolution, engagement, and coaching Required Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Ability to read, write, and speak English Previous leadership experience in manufacturing environment Ability to perform basic math functions Must be able to lift 60-80lb boxes on a consistent daily basis with or without a reasonable accommodation Ability to manage multiple priorities at once, have strong organizational skills Demonstrate basic computer skills including data entry and data retrieval Ability to work in a cold environment, and the ability to work in a potentially physically strenuous environment Able to work holidays and weekend as needed to meet customer demand Forklift certified or capable being certified Preferred Qualifications Bi – Lingual (English & one of the following: Spanish, Burmese or French) Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products Prior industrial meat industry work experience with a like competitor Prior work history in a production background that deals with speed and repetition Previous Cargill experience Work history in the past 12 months High school diploma or GED Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet
