Job Description: Assist in the planning and execution of daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize resource allocation. Monitor operational performance metrics and preparing detailed reports to support decision-making by senior management. Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures in line with company standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely delivery of services and maintain high customer satisfaction. Support the management team in budgeting, forecasting, and managing operational expenses to achieve financial targets. Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and professional growth. Job Requirements: Degree or Diploma in business administration, engineering, operations management, or a related field. Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, ideally within the engineering or MRO sector. Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working seamlessly with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in using operational management software and tools, with a good understanding of data analysis. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, committed to driving operational excellence.
