Key Accountabilities Key Activities Coding and Development Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code for complex software applications, often taking a lead role in software design and architecture. Analyze and solve complex technical problems, making critical decisions regarding architecture, tools, and technologies. Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage code changes, branches, and collaborate effectively with team members. Optimize software performance and scalability, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Testing and Debugging Write unit tests, perform debugging, and troubleshoot software defects to ensure the reliability and quality of the software. Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards. Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, API documentation, and development guidelines.
