The Role Join Lion as a Senior SAP Developer and help build, enhance and support day to day operation of applications across one of Australia’s largest and most modern SAP environments. This role offers the opportunity to work across both new development and operational excellence - delivering innovative solutions while helping ensure the stability and performance of our SAP landscape. Develop new SAP applications, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives that support Lion’s business strategy Build solutions across SAP S/4HANA, ABAP and SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI), aligned to Clean Core principles Solve complex technical issues and contribute to the stability and performance of our production environment Partner with cross-functional squads to deliver projects and continuous improvement through agile and DevOps ways of working Explore new technologies and identify better ways to design, build and support SAP solutions Coach developers and delivery partners, sharing knowledge and helping lift SAP development capability across the team You’ll join a collaborative team that values knowledge sharing, curiousity continuous learning, with access to a broad, modern SAP technology stack and experienced technical leaders. About You You’re an experienced SAP Developer who enjoys both building new solutions and understanding how they perform in a live production environment. You’re curious, collaborative and motivated by delivering technology that works well for the business over the long term. The role needs someone who is equally motivated by innovation and operational excellence - building new applications and exploring modern SAP technologies, while also taking ownership of BAU support, troubleshooting and platform stability. Bring expert ABAP development capability and strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Enjoy both creating new solutions and fixing and improving what’s already there Demonstrate experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) and building enterprise integrations Bring experience across both application development and production support, with the ability to build solutions independently and troubleshoot complex issues Apply strong technical judgement and a commitment to quality, operational stability and continuous improvement Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Share knowledge generously and support the development of peers and delivery partners Experience within an end-user environment and exposure to a broad SAP technology landscape will be highly regarded. You don’t need to have worked across every technology in our stack - curiosity and a willingness to continue learning are important You must be based in Sydney and already hold the relevant right to work in Australia, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
