Job Overview Bajo supervisión moderada ayuda con las actividades relacionadas con el cumplimiento de las metas de producción, coordinando y/o reparando, manteniendo el equipo y su correspondiente tooling en buenas condiciones mecánicas y eléctricas para producir A Day In The Life Diseño y mejoras de fixturas de acuerdo a necesidades Coordina con los Técnicos de producción y/o supervisor programa de trabajo en CNC Mejora de programas de maquinado existentes en CNC buscando hacer mas eficiente el proceso de roscado reduciendo pasos innecesarios del programa y reducción de tiempo muerto Mantiene en buenas condiciones el herramental necesario para producir Verifica los ajustes menores realizados por los OPP de CNC, para que estén de acuerdo a las necesidades y especificaciones de producción Realiza los ajustes necesarios antes y después de iniciar el Set-up del producto a manufacturar What will help you thrive in this role? Técnico en CNC o experiencia equivalente Capacidad de trabajo analítico, bajo metas y/o objetivos, trabajo en equipo, disponibilidad de horario Habilidad de comunicación en forma clara y comprensible y habilidad en manejo de equipo de computo Responsable y profesionalismo en su trabajo, así como mejorar ambiente de trabajo Elaboración de hojas de proceso y parámetros por modelo Habilidad para manejo de todo tipo de herramienta manual y automática Habilidad para manejar equipos de medición (Vernier, micrómetro, gages) Interpretación de planos de ingeniería y manufactura identificar las prioridades de las tareas asignadas para alcanzar metas y secuencia de la ejecución de actividades programadas EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA PARA EL PUESTO: Dentro de la empresa: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia Hubbell Incorporated Hubbell creates critical infrastructure solutions that power our customers, communities, people and the planet.
