At KWS Semințe S.R.L , we are looking for a strategic , customer-focused , and results-driven Lead Marketing & Communications (m/w/d) to drive market growth , strengthen our brand , and accelerate the successful commercialization of our field crop portfolio. As a key member of the leadership team, this role will connect Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Agroservice , and R&D to ensure that customer needs, market insights, and product innovations translate into commercial success. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the local marketing and communications strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead product marketing, positioning, launches, and go-to-market activities across the portfolio. Translate product recommendations into compelling value propositions, customer messaging, and sales enablement tools. Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through integrated marketing campaigns, events, and digital channels. Lead Salesforce CRM strategy, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making. Manage marketing budgets, performance measurement, and return on investment. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to support business growth and portfolio development. Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing team while fostering cross-functional collaboration and a customer-centric culture. Support sales effectiveness through training, coaching, and commercial capability-building initiatives. Candidate Profile University degree in Agriculture Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within agriculture, agribusiness, or a related industry. Strong understanding of agricultural markets, farmer decision processes, and field crop portfolios. Proven experience in strategic marketing, product marketing, CRM, digital marketing, and customer engagement. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and market insights into actionable business decisions. Experience leading teams, managing change, and driving cross-functional collaboration. Salesforce CRM experience is considered an advantage. Fluent in Romanian and English.
