WHAT YOU WILL DO Capacity and Demand Management Optimize the utilization of existing production capacity to meet demand by effectively balancing demand requirements with available capacity. Regularly review capacity and demand to identify potential gaps, constraints, and opportunities. Collaborate with Production and Marketing teams to address capacity constraints and develop appropriate solutions. Review and optimize Planned Orders to support stable production, improve operational efficiency, and maximize capacity utilization. Inventory Management Maintain inventory levels in line with agreed inventory targets and business requirements. Regularly review inventory levels across all SKUs and take appropriate actions to address potential overstock or stock shortage risks. Adjust Planned Orders as required to maintain inventory at optimal target levels. Effectively allocate Planned Orders between local and export requirements to ensure balanced supply and demand fulfillment. New Product Development (NPD) Planning Ensure supply planning activities support the timely execution and launch of New Product Development (NPD) projects. Maintain and update New Product Launch (NPL) information in the relevant planning systems. Monitor the expected arrival of new Raw Materials and Packaging Materials (RMPM) required for new products. Review and confirm production and machine capacity availability to support NPD timelines and product launches. Proactively identify and escalate potential supply or capacity risks that may impact NPD schedules. Raw and Packaging Material Supply Management Ensure the continuous and timely availability of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials (RMPM) to support production requirements. Regularly review the RMPM Hot List and coordinate appropriate actions with relevant stakeholders to mitigate supply risks. Monitor and review supplier performance to ensure reliability, service levels, and supply continuity. Conduct regular meetings and maintain effective communication with suppliers and relevant internal stakeholders to resolve supply issues and improve performance. Price Variance and Supplier Management Manage and maintain price variance in line with agreed targets and business objectives. Develop and maintain appropriate supplier strategies, including maintaining multiple qualified suppliers for fast-moving and strategic materials where applicable. Review supplier allocation and sourcing strategies to optimize cost, supply reliability, and price variance. Conduct regular monthly reviews of Raw Material and Packaging Material price variance and identify opportunities for improvement. Work closely with Procurement and relevant stakeholders to support cost optimization and supply continuity. OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE Holds a minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Planning or other relevant Supply Chain roles. Demonstrates a strong understanding of Demand and Supply Planning processes, including capacity and inventory management. Has a good understanding of Export and Import processes and their impact on supply planning. Possesses strong knowledge of Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, and supplier management. Is proficient in SAP S/4HANA or other planning systems, as well as Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrates strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Has strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
