Orkla House Care is part of Orkla ASA and a leading provider of brushes, rollers and other painting tools, including consumables such as tape, sanding products, protection and cleaning equipment. To support this, we are looking for a structured and proactive Portfolio Lead who will play a key role in driving portfolio transparency, governance and decision-making across the organisation. As Portfolio Lead, you will report to the Transformation & Technology Director and work closely with the Leadership Team, initiative owners and functional stakeholders across Finance, Digital, Commercial, Operations, Product & Innovation and Marketing. You will ensure that our strategic portfolio is managed with clear governance, reliable reporting and strong visibility of risks, dependencies and business value. This is a highly collaborative role that combines analytical thinking, stakeholder management and portfolio management discipline, helping leadership make informed decisions and ensuring that strategic initiatives stay on track. Your main responsibilities • Coordinate and maintain the governance framework and operating rhythm for Orkla House Care's Strategic Portfolio • Prepare portfolio reviews, decision material and reporting for senior stakeholders and the Leadership Team • Drive portfolio status reporting and proactively identify risks, dependencies, resource constraints and timing conflicts across the portfolio • Provide clear portfolio insights and recommendations that support prioritisation and decision-making • Support the development and follow-up of KPIs, business outcomes and value realisation across strategic initiatives • Collaborate with Finance, Digital and business stakeholders to establish reliable and sustainable reporting processes • Facilitate regular portfolio review sessions with initiative owners and stakeholders, challenging incomplete or inconsistent inputs to maintain high data quality • Maintain portfolio tools, governance documentation and reporting structures • Support the ongoing development of portfolio management practices and ways of working across Orkla House Care Qualifications • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, Finance or a related field. Relevant experience may compensate for formal education. • Experience from project, programme or portfolio management • Experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders in a matrix organisation • Experience working with internal governance processes, reporting structures, risk management and decision tracking • Experience supporting business performance, KPI management or value tracking • Strong analytical skills and ability to convert complex information into clear recommendations and decision support • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is an advantage • Fluent in English.
