Your Key Responsibilities Formulate overall project delivery strategy, core milestones, cost & risk objectives for various projects, e. g. production relocation, SCM localization, VA/VE, product benchmarking, traded goods pushing, quality improvement, etc. Maintain project schedules, resources, equipment and information. Monitor project progress and handle organizational issues. Act as point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. Build continuous close collaboration with Sales, Product Management, R&D, production, procurement, quality Establish project risk tracking & change control system; monitor budget consumption, resource utilization and quality acceptance standards, implement corrective actions for schedule delays or cost overruns. Organize stage-gate & agile project review meetings, document project deliverables, test reports and compliance validation records Your Qualifications Engineering Degree on mechanical Familiar with linear products & driving products, e. g screws, pinion & rack, etc. & knowlege in industrial applications related 3+ years proven full-cycle Project Management experience Outstanding data analysis and problem-solving capabilities Hands-on experience working within stage-gate or agile product development workflows Additional preferred competence: PMP / IPMA project management certification Good at technical relevant method, e. g. Microsoft office(PPT, Excel, Project management tool), SAP, etc. Fluent English in written and spoken.
