About the position We have an exciting opportunity for a Applications Engineer to join an established team at Kongsberg Automotive. This position involves close collaboration with colleagues, customers and suppliers across Europe so if you are self motivated, with a background in Automotive Design or Mechanical Engineering and enjoy supporting and working closely with people across the globe, this may be the position for you. Responsibilities The right candidate will help drive and shape the future of the business by discovering new applications development opportunities and providing service solutions to the leading automotive manufacturers and the KA R&D team. Other key responsibilities include: Providing technical and creative solution support for Customers, KA Program Managers & KA Sales in a timely manner. Playing a leading role within a professional Project Team and implementing KA processes and tools Identifying & evaluating application and components opportunities at the customer Presenting technical solutions to the Customers and executing trial installations on customer new vehicle programmes ensuring KA successful business wins. Requirements If you have strong organisation and time management skills and feel that you have a systematic and positive approach to dealing with issues this may be the right position for you.
