At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. 工作概况 Key Responsibilities: Project Feasibility Evaluation Participate in new project design review with ECO team to evaluate the new project feasibility in order to ensure the new project is necessary and valuable. Project Cost Estimation (Ⅰ) Estimate the mold cost; (Ⅱ) Participate in the supplier selection and provide recommendation from engineering aspect; in order to control cost and select a qualified supplier. Mold Design (Ⅰ) Communicate with PE,ECO, MDE to clarify design details; (Ⅱ) Assist ECO to optimize the product frame design; (Ⅲ) Set project schedule and technical specification; (Ⅳ) Conduct mold design; (Ⅴ) Conduct the mold design concept review with team member; (Ⅵ) Provide technical support for vendor fabrication in order to ensure the new mold meets all requirements. New Mold Qualification (Ⅰ) Conduct and follow sample making and new mold improvement in order to ensure the new mold meets the schedule. (Ⅱ) Conduct testing and qualification for new mold(complete FSR and CPK) in order to ensure the new mold meets the requirement. (Ⅲ) Release to mass production after getting approval and provide support in order to ensure the transfer to mass production is smooth. Drawing Management and Standardization (Ⅰ) Responsible for drawings packing up and pigeonhole; (Ⅱ) Check all drawings drafting to meet TE Connectivity drawing standard; in order to manage the drawing better to improve efficiency and reduce cost. Production support (Ⅰ) Set the work instruction(WI); (Ⅱ) monitor the process setting meet WI in order to control the product quality; (Ⅲ) Optimize the process parameter, evaluate and drive the improvement plan in order to step up the quality and efficiency 职位要求 Bachelor's degree Major in Mechanic or Engineering 8 years work experience CET-4 Innovated Self-motivated Communication skills 岗位职责与任职要求 竞争力 价值观：诚信行事、承担责任、包容并蓄 、锐意创新, 团队合作
