Role Details Looking for Excavator Operators, All Rounder Operators and Dump Truck Operators Location: Tropicana, WA Roster: 2:1 & 2:2 day shift and night shift FIFO ex Perth and Kalgoorlie Competitive benefits package including: Paid Parental Leave for primary carers Retail discounts (including homewares, outdoor gear, fuel and groceries) Novated leases Comprehensive wellbeing program About the Role You’ll work within a skilled and experienced team, operating heavy ancillary and production mining equipment to safely meet production targets across our Surface operations. Responsibilities Safe, efficient operation of heavy production equipment Complete pre-starts and report hazards or defects immediately Follow plans, instructions and traffic management rules Maintain a tidy work area and support safe interactions with all teams Contribute to our people-first culture and live our Winning Values Help teammates, share knowledge and support a strong crew culture What You’ll Bring Experience in mining operating the following equipment: Dozers - CAT D11 | D10 | 854K Wheel Dozer Loaders - CAT 993 | 992 Graders - CAT 18M | 16M Dump Trucks - CAT 793F Excavators - CAT 6060 | 6040 or Hitachi 5600 (highly desired but not essential) Strong safety focus and ability to speak up A team mindset and reliable work ethic Commitment to contributing to a positive culture Why Macmahon?
