We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager who will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal stakeholders. In this role, you will support sales activities through technical expertise, product application knowledge, and problem-solving capabilities, helping customers achieve the best possible results with our products and solutions. Technical Sales Manager Area of responsibility: Act as the technical authority for assigned products and applications within the region. Support Sales and Key Account Managers in customer interactions requiring technical expertise. Ensure correct positioning, specification, and application of products in customer processes. Drive effective problem-solving and resolution of technical issues in collaboration with Quality and Operations teams. Support standardization of technical knowledge, documentation, and best practices across markets. Contribute to continuous improvement and transformation initiatives related to products, quality, and data. Specific tasks: Provide technical guidance on product specifications, performance, and applications. Participate in customer meetings and technical presentations. Support customers in the correct use and handling of DAT-Schaub products. Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, deviations, and customer complaints. Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to resolve technical claims and implement corrective actions. Train and support Sales teams on product knowledge and technical positioning. Assist with onboarding new products and portfolio changes. Cooperate closely with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams. Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and guidelines. Share technical knowledge and best practices within the organization. Educational background: Degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Meat Science, or a related technical field. Strong technical understanding of food processing, manufacturing, or product application environments. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Relevant experience: 7-10+ years of experience in technical, production, application, or customer-facing technical roles. Experience supporting customers in food processing or manufacturing environments. Experience working in matrix and cross-functional organizations. Knowledge of DAT-Schaub products or similar food industry solutions will be considered a strong advantage. Required competencies: Strong technical and analytical mindset.
